We end with this third post the series of posts in which we are focusing on 9 practical tips to develop resilience. In this part 3 we are going to address 3 new tips to try to help you in the search for that resilient state so important in this current context.
Tip 7: Practice re-evaluation in external stories
Use the stories of others, either in movies or in real life, to practice reappraisal and then apply it to your life. This exercise can make it easier to find the silver lining when faced with your own challenges. We are talking about those external stimuli that we already cited in the previous post and that are so important to rethink our internal vision of the scenario in which we act.

Tip 8: Look for benefits in all situations
Even in seemingly negative situations, you can find benefits that help you grow. This shift in focus is critical to developing a resilient mindset.
Face what scares you instead of avoiding it. In doing so, you disarm the power fear has over you and become emotionally stronger. This advice is brutal. It costs a lot, but you can create small habits to face fears and grow in the face of them. Each small victory will be a big overall victory.
Tip 9: Use your negative emotions to move forward
Negative emotions have a purpose: to signal the need for change. Use them as fuel to fuel your growth and improve your life.
Resilience is not just a survival skill. It is a powerful tool for evolving in a constantly changing context. By developing your resilience you strengthen yourself and that also strengthens your personal brand, demonstrating that you are capable of facing any challenge with solvency and strength.
Remember that every obstacle overcome is an opportunity to demonstrate and reinforce who you are.
