Strategy, leadership and attitude: Three keys to business success

This research article, entitled “Strategy, Leadership and Positive Attitude: Three Keys to Business Success” is part of the publications of the specialized magazine 3 Sciences.

In line with the different transformations taking place in the world, companies have changed what they demand. Creativity, as a strategic business tool. Leadership, as the key to achieve the expected objectives and results. And people’s attitude, as the difference in an environment where products and prices are increasingly similar. These three factors are becoming the elements most valued by companies.

What companies demand today has changed compared to a few years ago. There is a simple reason for this: because the world has changed. In essence, the challenges that people and companies face are very different from those of a while ago. The tools available now are infinitely more numerous and effective than they were just a few decades ago.

Unskilled labor, for a variety of reasons, has been devalued. If unskilled work can be carried out by third countries or by a computer, it is advisable to look for another job orientation. Without assessing whether this is fair or not, the fact is that it is a fact supported by the data. It is enough to make an analysis of the evolution of the figures of the industries that have been affected by these two factors.

Strategy, leadership and attitude: If companies do not provide differential value, they are seriously affected

Until recently, it was thought that salvation lay in knowledge. But reality reminds us that this is no longer enough. With the advent of the Internet, knowledge has been democratized. Never before in history have we had access to so much information so easily, quickly and cheaply. Even in countries like Spain, there have never been so many well-educated people. However, we find that many of them do not find their place in the labor market. They are either unemployed or working in a job that has nothing to do with their studies.
