Why develop it in my company?
Creative thinking is the most demanded professional skill by innovative companies.
My own program of ‘Creative Transformation in Company’ is a very practical, dynamic, productive and motivating tool that provides high-level ideation methodologies and techniques.
How does it work?
Practical, dynamic, intense and motivating sessions, to be carried out in 4 consecutive weeks (1 session per week).
The configuration of the program can be done with homogeneous teams (same department) or heterogeneous teams (mix of departments), focusing on the individual creative capacity to later contrast at the group level, which significantly increases the productivity of ideas.
What does it consist of and what are the objectives?
The main focus is on solving a real challenge posed by the company, with real applicable results.
During the program, practical and dynamic tools are acquired that are very useful for solving the real challenge, as well as other future challenges.
This experience provokes a high motivation of personal proactivity to generate valuable ideas to the organization.
