The future of marketing and the influence of Chat GPT is a big topic of debate. A few days ago I had the privilege of sharing impressions about it at ESIC Business & Marketing School. It was together with my fellow professors José María Visconti and María Gómez.

With the objective of making a call for May 17, 2028, we posed a series of answers to questions about the future of marketing. A discipline as changing as life itself. We also had an exceptional guest, Chat GPT.

The artificial intelligence application that is revolutionizing many aspects today, answered the same questions. A very curious contrast to realize the scope that this tool can have in many ways.

Who will be closer to the future of marketing? Teachers or Chat GPT?

A time capsule in the form of a video in which you can hear from our voices the opinion on the subject and how Chat GPT makes its particular version. We talk about several related topics, such as the role that artificial intelligence will play in marketing in this time. Also, what the influencer landscape will be like, how consumption will evolve or if sponsorships will be as we understand them today.

ESIC, as a business school of reference in marketing, is aligned with all the trends that arise at all times. Of course, artificial intelligence is one of them and this debate makes perfect sense. We are still facing a scenario of ignorance about the scope and influence it will have in the future. But we can already sense that AI will be a very important player in the future of this activity and many others.

As a tool, we must learn to integrate it as an ally of our processes, as it can bring us great benefits. Although it is logical that we can also see its negative side in terms of the doubts it generates in the impact it may have on many professions. Undoubtedly, a truly transcendent topic to learn and meditate on.
